Moldavite is a unique form of green tektite glass created when a meteorite crashed into Earth, melting the sand and glass below and sending the molten material high into the air.

The particles cooled and fell back to Earth as green glass, now referred to as Moldavite. This pendant is an excellent example of the beautiful glass created by the collision of meteorites with Earth.
